40th Anniversary

Fordham Hill Owners Corporation celebrated the 40^thanniversary of its incoporation on October 15, 2022.

The corporation’s decades of success was celebrated by New York State Governor Kathy Hochul and New York City Mayor Eric Adams, along with other local elected officials.

The 40^th Anniversary Celebration was made possible by the efforts of the 40^th Anniversary Committee and donations made by local businesses that support our community.

The Fordham Hill community is proud to have withstood the test of time and continues to sit on high ground.

Despite all the positive and negative changes the city has undergone, Fordham Hill succeeds in delivering the best value, quality and safety for all of its residents.
